Meditation Session

Braxton holds a second pop-up meditation session at Glasgow’s Western Baths after a successful first outing. These guided meditations use music, soundscapes and spoken word to guide and connect.

A chance for you to either introduce or gain a thorough understanding. In his next guidance we will bring awareness to issues on stress and acceptance and try to understand how to move through change, resolution and ways to approach conflict.
