Jack Law’s Raging Twilight is coming to the Deepend Bar and Bistro on Saturday 17th August from 9pm.
The band began its life a few years ago when Jack Law recorded his CD ‘Take A Second Glance’, bringing together some of the musicians who were involved in recording the album.
In the few years they’ve been together they’ve played STV’s Riverside Show, The Grand Ole Opry, folk clubs in Glasgow, Stirling, as well as Meet Me @the Corner in Milngavie and The Glad Cafe, and most recently they headlined at the Anti-Austerity rally in George Square.
Jack Law’s Raging Twilight are a five piece band, playing original material by Jack Law. Their music is influenced by blues, rock, soul and Americana. Jack sings, and plays acoustic/electric/slide guitar and mandolin. Dougie Harrison sings, and plays acoustic/electric/slide guitar. Jean-Claude (JC) Danti sings, and plays bass/acoustic guitar as well as harmonica. Duncan Sloan is on keyboards along with Colin Robertson on drums and percussion.
