We teach yoga to the highest standards and classes are available to beginners, improvers and advanced users.

Our next 6-week block of Iyengar Yoga for Beginners starts on Sunday the 13th of January, running until Sunday the 17th of February. Classes will run from 12.30 – 1.30pm in our new exercise suite.

Registration is required for this course, as only 14 spaces are available, so please contact our reception team at the front desk or over the phone (0141 576 0294) to reserve a space.
