This progressive class is designed for people who have noticed their strength and balance is not as good as it used to be.
It is also suitable for people with breathing difficulties and for those with medical conditions such as stroke, heart conditions, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes and other conditions.*
It is designed to make daily activities easier to carry out.
Anna Downes, the Instructor, is a qualified Level 4 Postural Stability Instructor
* Before starting the class you need to have written permission from your GP stating that the activity is suitable for you if you: lose your balance because of dizziness or have blackouts; experience any chest pain; are short of breath at rest or with light activities; Your doctor has told you that you have a heart condition; Your doctor has told you that you have had a stroke; Your doctor has ever advised you not to participate in exercise.
