Ballet Fit is a dynamic class incorporating barre, centre and mat work. This class combines fitness and grace – it improves mobility, core strength and cardio fitness with ballet moves that allow creative expression.
Experience of dance is useful but not required.
Please wear form fitting clothes with ballet/dance shoes or bare feet.
